Description of the K‑Flex KRAFT material

The K‑Flex KRAFT insulating belt is made of synthetic rubber with a closed cell structure. The belt is 1.5 m wide, black in color with a self-adhesive layer on one side and a surface treatment of silver ALU foil with a reinforcing grid on the upper side - marked KRAFT. This improved foil replaces the previous variant K‑Flex METAL. This surface treatment of KRAFT foils is mechanically more resistant and permanent.

Thanks to the closed-cell structure, the strip achieves excellent insulating properties, which, unlike mineral insulating materials, it maintains throughout its lifetime. This also brings the advantage of a thinner insulation layer compared to mineral wool insulation.

We recommend degreasing the body with at least technical alcohol or isopropanol.
Easy to cut with a regular carpet knife, you'll need multiple knives per car, dulls quickly.
It is not recommended to glue on a hot car body, the ideal temperature is 15-25°C
